Studio Divine Policies
· Arrival Time: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
· Cell Phone Use: We kindly ask that you limit cell phone use during your visit.
· Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge the full value of services for late cancellations.
· No-Shows: Two or more missed appointments (no-shows) will require full payment at the time of booking, with no refunds.
· Personal Valuables: We are not responsible for any lost or misplaced items.
· Staff Selection: Your comfort is our priority. You're welcome to request your preferred staff member when booking.
· Refund Policy: We do not offer cash refunds. However, all services have a limited-time guarantee.
· Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
